Both ceremony and dinner reception will be held at The Harper, a unique venue space we are excited to share with you. Our Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm. Valet Service will be complimentary for all guests and is the only option for guest parking at the Venue.
Plan to arrive a bit early to ensure everyone has time to park and be seated prior to the ceremony start time.
Accomodations
Below is some information about our hotel suggestions. Each will suit different needs, but are all in great locations. Regardless of your choice we recommend booking soon due to limited availability during the holiday season.
The Hyatt Regency Newport Beach is a lovely hotel conveniently located near Balboa Island, Newport Bay Nature Reserve and near great shopping and dining options at Fashion Island. It has 3 pools, an adjacent golf course, and is a quick 8 min drive to our wedding venue. They have been lovely enough to extend a 10% discount to our guests.

The Ramada by Wyndham Costa Mesa/ Newport Beach is a more budget friendly option that we suggest if you are not planning on renting a car and want to be able to walk to and from the wedding venue.
The Marriott Newport Coast Villas is an expansive resort with larger rooms and suites to hold bigger groups. They have multiple pools, walking trails, and activities well suited for families. It is near Crystal Cove State Park and Carona Del Mar State Beach and is short 15 min drive from the venue.
Child care
For any of our guests in need of a superstar babysitter for the evening of the wedding to care for your little ones, we have compiled a list of trusted veteran sitters and have them holding 01/03/2020 open.
All babysitters listed are savvy fort-builders, accomplished coloring book artists, proficient play-doh handlers, seasoned bed-time story tellers and qualified tucker-inners.
